Health Examination & Vaccinations

Before leaving for their new homes, all our puppies undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian. Each puppy will receive:
✔ A complete physical check-up
✔ Age-appropriate vaccinations
✔ Deworming treatments
✔ A detailed health record

One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is free from life-threatening genetic disorders for one year from the date of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary condition that significantly affects your puppy’s health, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value or offer a partial refund.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, the buyer must:

  • Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for an initial health check.
  • Provide a safe, loving home with proper nutrition, exercise, and veterinary care.
  • Keep up with scheduled vaccinations and deworming.
  • Avoid exposing the puppy to harmful environments, including places with unvaccinated animals.

What Is Not Covered

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor or treatable illnesses such as colds, ear infections, or parasites.
  • Conditions caused by improper care, neglect, accidents, or injuries.
  • Reactions to vaccinations or environmental allergies.
  • Non-life-threatening conditions such as hernias or cosmetic defects.

Return & Replacement Policy

If a severe genetic health issue is diagnosed within the guarantee period, the buyer must provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian. Once verified, we will discuss replacement options or a partial refund. We do not accept returns due to personal circumstances or non-health-related reasons.
